How to reduce your risk while retaining records.

Step 1: Click on 'Archived' on the 'Home Page' to view your archived reports.

Step 2: Click 'View All' to view all of your archived reports.

Step 3: If your reports are not already in alphabetical order click 'Applicant'

to alphabetize your archived reports.

 

 

Step 4: Click 'Check All' at the bottom of the screen.

 

 

Step 5: Click Printer Icon at top of the screen and choose 'Print As PDF'.

 

Step 6: Simply save the PDF document to a location of your choice to refer to if need be.

Step 7: If you have reports in 'Completed' status, simply click on 'Completed' and follow steps 2-6.
