How to reduce your risk while retaining records.
Step 1: Click on 'Reports' Tab:
Step 2: Under 'Viewing Options' select 'B&W PDF.'
Step 3: Click 'Filter/Search'. Make sure both 'Complete' and 'Archived' are selected
under 'Status'. Adjust 'Reports to Show' (example 1,000).
Step 4: Toward the bottom of the page, click, 'Apply Filter Changes'.
Step 5: Click 'Select All', 'View/Print', then 'Execute'. (To sort by order date click 'Order Date. To sort by name Click 'Name'.)
Step 5: A new window will open the PDF reports. Select 'Print' and 'Save As PDF' to desired location.
