What you’ll do :

  • Build a territory plan consisting of: a) target accounts b) channel partnerships c) personal pipeline generation tactics e) coordination with a BDR for pipeline generation

  • Conduct demo, closing, negotiation, proposal, and prospecting meetings

  • Qualify prospects' needs and effectively map them to easyBackgrounds’ offerings

  • Work closely with Business Development Reps and marketing to implement strategy and process for your territory

  • Become an industry expert and develop product mastery

  • Consistently achieve (and exceed!) quarterly sales quotas and goals

Demonstrable pipeline generation experience, particularly building a multi-faceted territory plan and executing successfully

Client Advocate

easyBackgrounds, Inc., is looking for a Client Advocate for their NH seacoast office. This position is primarily responsible for developing and managing client relationships with easyBackgrounds. This aspect of the role involves analyzing ordering patterns and volumes, working closely with clients to address their specific needs, and ensuring retention and growth of the business relationship. Another important part of the role involves overseeing successful fulfillment of client orders. You will be trained to become a background screening expert, familiar with all aspects of conducting a background check for employment purposes.

Our future Client Advocate

  • Is a proactive communicator who seeks to constantly develop and improve relationships with clients, providers and colleagues;

  • Is comfortable in providing friendly and prompt phone support to clients and candidates and preferably has prior customer service and support experience;

  • Is proficient in using software systems, including Excel, to extract and analyze revenue and ordering data in accordance with documented procedures and processes

  • Assisting researches in keeping the client informed of changes in order status, expected completion times and special requirements;

  • Is a motivated self-starter that can work independently in a team environment, and is eager to help a teammate when needed;

  • Has basic knowledge of MS Office and office equipment;

  • Is trainable and thrives in a fast-paced environment;

  • Is detail oriented and understands the value of delivering an unparalleled level of service on a consistent basis;

  • Able to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time. This is not a remote position.

Required experience: Minimum one year office experience or successful completion of a military service obligation

SALARY $13-$14 hourly
