Corporate HR wanted a single account so they could view any applicant/employee screen at any time. Each division wanted the security of having its own account and the ability to set up varying levels of access for its users. Finance wanted to pay one invoice, with a detail of charges for each division for assignment purposes.

The Solution - easyBackgrounds` Branch Administration Feature

Using the Branch function, we set up a Corporate account with three branches under it; one for each division. The ability to connect certain accounts while maintaining separation between others was just what this organization needed. From the Corporate account, senior Human Resources members can access all screening information from one location. Each division operates independently with its own account, so they can set their own preferences and assign appropriate permissions for each user. Finance receives a single invoice, with detailed breakouts for each branch. Our new client was thrilled. Using the Branch Administration feature, a formerly fractured and cumbersome process is now streamlined and easily managed.
